We recommend either of the two escalators, one on each side of the hotel lobby. You can also take the elevator in the center of the lobby to floor 2.
Walk toward the second-floor lobby and look for Rhinelander Gallery & Gramercy. Our check-in tables will be on both sides of the entrance.
Already bought online? Look for the one or two designated Online Ticket Holders lines. Have your Ticket Tailor ticket ready on your phone or as a printout. If you need to buy admission, ask the check-in team where to queue.
You will receive a wristband after checking in. Keep it on your wrist throughout your visit so our team can see that you have checked in. Your wristband allows you to leave and re-enter freely during that day’s show hours—for restroom breaks, meals, or a little fresh air.
If you need help finding the elevator, the show entrance, or the correct line, ask hotel staff or our check-in team. For access questions before your visit, email info@espenshow.com.
Total admission is limited. Same-day tickets will be sold at the door only if they have not sold out online. Pay by card or cash. Buying online is the best way to secure your admission before traveling.
