Frequently asked questions
How do I find the show and check in?
Take either lobby escalator or the central elevator to floor 2. Walk toward the second-floor lobby and find Rhinelander Gallery & Gramercy. Check-in tables are on both sides of the entrance, with one or two designated lines for online ticket holders. Show the correct day’s ticket QR code on your phone or bring a printed copy.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes. Keep the wristband you receive at check-in on your wrist. You may leave and re-enter freely during that day’s show hours, including for meals and restroom breaks.
When and where is the show?
November 7–8, 2026 at New York Hilton Midtown, 1335 6th Avenue, New York, NY 10019. Public hours are Saturday 10 am–6 pm and Sunday 10 am–5 pm.
How much are tickets?
Online: Saturday $30, Sunday $20, or a two-day pass for $40. At the door: Saturday $40 and Sunday $30, only if tickets have not sold out online. Pay by card or cash at the door. Two-day passes are online only. Online prices are before booking fees.
Do children need a ticket?
Children 12 and under enter free.
How will I receive my online tickets?
After you buy show tickets online, you will receive an email with your ticket QR codes. Each QR code represents one ticket. A two-day pass includes two tickets: one for Saturday, November 7, and one for Sunday, November 8. At show check-in, show the correct day’s ticket QR code on your phone or bring a printed copy.
Do I need a show ticket if I only attend a seminar?
No. If you are attending seminars only, you do not need a show admission ticket. Book your seminar ticket online. You need a show ticket only if you also want to enter the exhibition floor.
Are seminar tickets included?
No. Show admission does not include seminar tickets. Book seminar tickets separately online. If you are attending seminars only, you do not need a show admission ticket.
Can I buy a vendor table?
Vendor tables are currently on a waiting list. Wall tables cost $600; interior tables cost $400. Each table is 72″ × 24″ and includes two badges. Extra vendor badges cost $50 per person for both days.
Can visitors sell their pens?
Only vendors with a table may sell on the show floor. Collectors and enthusiasts are welcome to buy and trade.
Are tickets refundable?
Visitor tickets and vendor table purchases are nonrefundable.
Where can I stay?
Our show hotel is New York Hilton Midtown. The special rate is $329 per night, with $20 + tax per person, per night above double occupancy. The booking cutoff is October 7, 2026, and rooms may sell out sooner.
Is parking available?
Hotel parking is available with daily charges. Nearby garages can be compared through third-party parking services.
